Private Sector Roadmap for a Sustainable Amazonia

The Pan-Amazonia region,  which includes parts of Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, and Suriname,  is approaching an environmental tipping point that could lead to irreversible ecosystem collapse. At the same time, growing global demand for nature-based solutions and bio-based products offers a major opportunity for the private sector to combat deforestation while driving innovation.

This White Paper calls for moving beyond a purely conservation-focused approach toward a proactive development model that integrates prosperity, sustainability, and technology — one led by local actors within the region.
