Equality needs everyone: The role of men in gender equity, diversity and inclusion
Companies play a key role in promoting gender equality and diversity, both within their companies and throughout their value chain. However, very few incentivize men as active allies of gender equality and diversity.
This publication wants to make visible the decisive role that men can play to contribute to equality, as well as the actions that can be developed from the private sector to transform them into allies of the empowerment of women.
Main conclusions:
1.- Workforce: equality advances but gaps persist.
2.- Men win when women's rights are promoted.
3.- Concrete actions to promote men allies of equality in Latin American and Caribbean companies.
