Prize Holding Chile SpA y Subsidiarias es un grupo empresarial dedicado a la producción, procesamiento, empaquetado y comercialización de frutas; específicamente cerezas, arándanos, peras, nueces, ciruelas, nectarinas, manzanas, uvas, kiwis, naranjas, mandarinas y manzanas, entre otras. Con origen en Chile, la Compañía está expandiendo sus operaciones a Perú y México.
El financiamiento propuesto consiste en un préstamo senior por hasta US$20 millones a 390 días, un préstamo senior de largo plazo, por hasta US$70 millones y un plazo máximo de 10 años, destinado al programa de inversiones de la compañía para los años 2024 y 2025, orientado a incrementar la producción, implementar nuevas tecnologías y eficiencias en sus operaciones de Chile, Perú y México. Adicionalmente, habrá una línea para financiar capital de trabajo por hasta US$30 millones.

Environmental and social review
IDB Invest conducts an environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) commensurate with the nature, scale, and stage of the project, and with its level of environmental and social risks and impacts. The ESDD will confirm the project E&S categorization and assess the project with respect to the client requirements in IDB Invest Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy. The results of the ESDD, including any identified gaps are described in the Environmental and Social Review Summary (ESRS) provided below. For projects approved as of 2016, any gaps with respect to IDB Invest's Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy at the time of the ESDD are addressed in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) presented below, to comply with the date mentioned above.
