Project scope and objective
La transacción propuesta consiste en: (i) un Préstamo Senior Garantizado Comprometido de hasta US$10 millones que podrá ser utilizado por Hada Internacional S.A.S. (Hada Colombia) o Cosméticos Trujillo S.A. de C.V. (Hada México), con el objetivo de expandir y/o modernizar la capacidad productiva del Grupo Hada (“Préstamo Senior Comprometido”); (ii) un Préstamo Senior Garantizado No Comprometido de hasta US$5 millones para el mismo uso de fondos (“Préstamo Senior No Comprometido”), y (iii) una línea de crédito revolvente no comprometida y sin garantía, para ser utilizada por Hada Colombia o Hada México, de hasta US$10 millones (o su equivalente en MXN), destinada a financiar la importación y compra de insumos, principalmente con el propósito de respaldar el incremento en la capacidad de producción y satisfacer la demanda de los clientes (“Financiamiento de Importación y Compra”). Estos financiamientos estarán garantizados por Hada S.A., la empresa holding de Hada International S.A.S. y Cosméticos Trujillo S.A. de C.V.

Environmental and social review
IDB Invest conducts an environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) commensurate with the nature, scale, and stage of the project, and with its level of environmental and social risks and impacts. The ESDD will confirm the project E&S categorization and assess the project with respect to the client requirements in IDB Invest Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy. The results of the ESDD, including any identified gaps are described in the Environmental and Social Review Summary (ESRS) provided below. For projects approved as of 2016, any gaps with respect to IDB Invest's Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy at the time of the ESDD are addressed in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) presented below, to comply with the date mentioned above.
