Project scope and objective
El Proyecto consiste en la estructuración de un crédito en pesos mexicanos (“MXN”) en forma de una línea de almacenamiento (“Warehousing Line” o “WHL”) respaldada por los derechos de cobro de contratos de suministro de energía. La línea de almacenamiento tiene el propósito de financiar los costos iniciales de construcción e instalación de proyectos solares fotovoltaicos (“Proyectos FV”) bajo el formato de generación distribuida de hasta 499 KWp originados por Fortaleza Energy (“Fortaleza” o la “Compañía”) en México. La línea de almacenamiento tendrá como principal fuente de repago la bursatilización de los activos subyacentes y estará disponible hasta por tres ciclos de bursatilización.
Estos Proyectos FV, ubicados dentro del territorio mexicano, primordialmente en el Centro, Occidente y Sureste destacando los Estados de Jalisco, Campeche, Guanajuato, Nuevo León y Baja California Sur.
La capacidad del cada proyecto individual no debe exceder los 499KWp para calificar como un "generador exento" en términos de la Ley de la Industria Eléctrica (DOF del 11 de agosto de 2014)

Environmental and social review
IDB Invest conducts an environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) commensurate with the nature, scale, and stage of the project, and with its level of environmental and social risks and impacts. The ESDD will confirm the project E&S categorization and assess the project with respect to the client requirements in IDB Invest Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy. The results of the ESDD, including any identified gaps are described in the Environmental and Social Review Summary (ESRS) provided below. For projects approved as of 2016, any gaps with respect to IDB Invest's Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy at the time of the ESDD are addressed in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) presented below, to comply with the date mentioned above.
