Project scope and objective
IDB Invest is considering an investment of up to US$5 million in Trendier Latam S.L. ("GoTrendier"). GoTrendier is the largest company for the purchase and sale of second-hand women's clothing, bags, shoes and accessories in Latin America, through a digital platform that allows users to market their products with other users. The Company was founded in Mexico in 2016, and expanded to Colombia in 2017. The capital investment seeks to support the acquisition of clients and the implementation of a brand association model, where third-party clothing brands will be able to sell clothing second-hand through the GoTrendier platform.
