Project scope and objective
The proposed transaction consists of a regional, revolving and uncommitted line of credit for an amount of up to US$20 million, under which IDB Invest would make disbursements in differentiated terms to purchase agricultural inputs from eligible supplier(s) (the “Facility”) of Agrovision Corp. (“Agrovision” or the “Company”), specially structured to cover the cash conversion cycle of blueberry production and marketing in Mexico and Peru.
The purpose of the transaction is to strengthen the links in its value chain, which will allow the Company to increase blueberry exports.
