Artificial intelligence and digital innovation are reshaping business models and risk profiles across sectors. While Boards increasingly recognize these forces as strategic, many remain underprepared to govern their implications effectively. 

This survey report presents findings from a regional study of Board members across Latin America and the Caribbean, highlighting a clear gap between the strategic importance attributed to AI-driven transformation and the governance structures currently in place at Board level.
