Biography

I am an Executive Director and Board Member, specialized in Corporate Governance, Sustainability (ESG), Public Affairs, Policy, Communication and Marketing with global experience.

At IBGC, I am in charge of Advocacy, Research, Publications, Volunteers' Commissions and Chapters'growth. We believe that the more organizations implement the best practices of Corporate Governance, the more we will have a better society. In order to influence and engage influencers and stakeholders on this purpose, we develop researches, publications and implement advocacy plans.

I am also one of the founders of IRELGOV (Institute of Government Affairs in Brazil) and worked as its Board Member from 2014-2018. I am also an invited Professor of Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Reputation/Communication for ESPM and FGV.

I developed my career leading the areas of Sustainability, Corporate Communications, Public Affaris/Advocacy, Marketing & Customer Relationship in global companies like Coca-Cola, Whirlpool, HP, J.P. Morgan and MSL/Publicis for Latin America Region and Brazil.

My experience is at the development and implementation of Stakeholders Relationship Management, Communication and Sustainability Processes, actively participating of mergers, acquisitions and crisis management projects. I have led cross-functional teams in local, regional and global projects. I had direct reports to local Country/Regional Heads and Global Marketing. I also had an international experience living in Paris, when I worked for ICC during COP15.

I am publicitarian, post graduated in Marketing for ESPM, MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and Master of International Strategic Planning at ESPM. I am fluent in English, French and Spanish.
