Olga is an experienced director with global expertise in digital & technology strategy, risk, cyber-security, and emerging markets from her 20+ years’ experience. She has held C-Level positions within leading companies and corporate groups in Financial Services, Technology and Telecommunications in the US, Latin America, Brazil and Spain. She has been a member and advisor of several boards for Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, Water / Utilities, Health Tech, Food & Agrobusiness and Retail privately held and publicly traded firms, as well as having been a member of non-profit boards.

She is the co-founder of Seccuri, a global cyber security talent platform. She is also the founding partner and CEO of C&S Customers and Strategy, a boutique Technology Strategy & Cyber Security consulting firm with customers throughout Latin America. She is also a Senior Advisor to BCG, the Boston Consulting Group, in their Financial Services, Technology and Cyber Security global practices.
