Biography

Maria Fernanda Teixeira is Board Member to companies such as Raia Drogasil, Grupo Simpar, Grupo Vamos, Claranet Technology and chairman of the board of directors at Pérola.

She has been an executive for over 30 years in multinational companies, reaching C-Level of the largest technology and payment companies in the world. She was recognized by Forbes as the Most Influential Executive Women in Technology and Business.

A proponent of ESG for over 25 years, she was a Board Member of the World Bank on the Gender & Development Council for 4 years. Today she serves on the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Dialogue Organization alongside former country Presidents and CEOs of multinational companies.

Maria Fernanda is co-founder and Director of Grupo Mulheres do Brasil alongside Luiza Helena Trajano and 105,000 other women.

Graduated in Business Administration, she has taken training in Executive leadership at INSEAD, "How to have efficient Boards to Board members" at Harvard Business School, Digital Transformation at MIT, ESG Competent Boards and Leadership at Global economy at Thunderbird, among others.
