Jozef Henriquez is a senior financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in structured finance, syndications, and capital markets across both developed and emerging markets. He currently serves as Managing Director of Mobilization & Asset Sharing at IDB Invest, where he leads the distribution of development finance assets and the structuring of co-financing solutions with institutional investors. Throughout his career, Jozef has built deep expertise across infrastructure, project finance, corporates, and financial institutions, with a strong focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to his current role, he led Resource Mobilization at IDB Invest and headed Syndications at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
