Industrial Engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and various specialties in regulatory matters. He has more than 19 years of experience in regulatory affairs working in both the public and private sectors and more than 14 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. At Millicom, he has overseen regulatory, legal, corporate responsibility and institutional affairs at the country level and is currently in charge of Millicom's regulatory and sustainability affairs. Likewise, he serves as President of the Inter-American Association of Telecommunications Companies-ASIET-and as Deputy Chair of the GSMA Policy Group for Latin America.
