British and Polish expert in environmental, social and governance areas with a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. He specializes in environmental issues including sustainable financing and circular economy, and in civil society participation and access to information in the development financing context. He has almost three decades of experience in the Environment and Sustainability Department (ESD) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
