Headed the legal divisions of major publicly traded companies resulting in highly developed legal expertise, leadership skills, business acumen and a commercial approach to problem solving.

Previously Corporate Secretary to major corporations such as Cable & Wireless and Sagicor and now delivers training in law and corporate governance. Currently serves on the board of directors of the National Solid Waste Management Authority, the Spectrum Management Authority, the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, the Building Practitioners Board and Youth Reaching Youth.
