Alberto Parodi

Alberto is an Investment Officer, Investment Funds at IDB Invest, which he joined in 2013. He leads finance projects in debt and private equity funds in Latin America and the Caribbean. He specializes in financial solutions for investment funds, financial institutions and capital markets. He has participated in structuring solutions that provide finance to financial institutions and in projects that support development of local capital markets. Before joining the IDB Group, Alberto led the Strategic Management Unit at Sudameris Bank in Paraguay. He previously worked as an Operational Risk Assistant Manager and Senior Strategic Planning Executive at AFP Integra in Peru. Alberto started his career as an auditor of leading companies in their sector at PwC Perú. Alberto earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from INCAE Business School and has an undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
