Project scope and objective
A transação proposta contempla um empréstimo sem garantia ("o Empréstimo") à Cresol Sicoper de até US$20 milhões financiados da seguinte forma: (i) um empréstimo A de até US$10 milhões a ser financiado pelo BID Invest; e (ii) um co-empréstimo de até US$10 milhões a ser financiado por DEG. O empréstimo tem prazo de até quatro anos, com carência de dois anos. O projeto consiste na concessão de financiamento à Cresol Sicoper para que ela possa aumentar sua carteira de crédito a Micro, Pequenas e Médias Empresas ("MPMEs") e pessoas físicas de baixa renda. Além disso, estão sendo elaborados serviços de assessoria para apoiar o Sistema Cresol no desenvolvimento de sua estratégia de sustentabilidade.
