("Ruba") se dedica a la adquisición, desarrollo y comercialización de proyectos habitacionales integrales en los segmentos de vivienda de interés social, media y residencial. La operación propuesta consiste en otorgar a Ruba y sus subsidiarias: i) una línea revolvente de largo plazo para el financiamiento de proyectos de vivienda de interés social y medio en México; y ii) una línea revolvente y no comprometida de factoraje inverso para monetizar los derechos de crédito que surgen de la venta de bienes o servicios de proveedores a Ruba.
